AlleyCat Code

Terms of Service

Please read these before you buy a website or monthly plan. Last updated November 4, 2026.

About these terms

These terms are the agreement between AlleyCat Code (“we”) and the business that buys a website or monthly plan from us (“you”). By paying an invoice or checkout, or by approving your website, you agree to them.

AlleyCat Code is a sole proprietorship run by Megan Villegas in Cypress, Texas.

What you get

You choose one of two website packages. Anything not listed here is not included unless we agree to it in writing.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and are paid online through Stripe by card, Apple Pay or other methods shown at checkout.

ItemPrice
Standard Website Build$1,200, one time
Premium Website Build$1,800 to $2,000, one time
Extra Google review stand$35 each

The Premium price depends on the number of pages, how much photo or video work is involved, and whether ordering or reservations are needed. Before work begins, we give you one fixed price in writing, and it stays the same unless you ask for extra work.

Website build fees are paid in full, up front, before we begin work. Invoices are due within 7 days. If sales tax applies to your purchase, we add it to your invoice.

Monthly care plans

Monthly care plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. Billing starts after your site goes live, and your card is charged through Stripe.

To cancel, email us before your next billing date. You keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for, and we do not refund part of a month. If you cancel, we can give you a copy of your site files so you can host it elsewhere.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information, photos and logos you give us, and for everything your site says about your business.

Review and approval

We build a demo of your site first, and your site is not published until you approve it. A demo we send before you buy is only a sample, and you owe nothing for it.

After you buy, you can request up to 3 rounds of changes to your build before launch. Extra rounds or new features are quoted separately. An approval by email or text counts as written approval.

Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the design, text and images we made for your website. Content you gave us stays yours.

AlleyCat Code keeps its name, logo, and the general tools and code we reuse across clients. We may show your finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. A domain registered in your name stays in your name.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe, your site runs on a third-party hosting provider, and Google runs review pages and Business Profiles. Each has its own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.

We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles it.

Refunds and cancellation

Our demo is free. You owe nothing unless you choose to buy.

If you have a problem with a charge, please email us first so we can fix it quickly.

No guarantees and limits

We do not promise search rankings, website traffic, reviews or sales. Reviews are written by your customers, and Google does not allow rewards in exchange for them.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Ending the agreement and contact

Either of us can end a monthly plan with notice. We may pause or end service if a payment fails twice, or if your site is used for anything illegal.

We may update these terms, and changes to monthly plans take effect 30 days after we email you. These terms follow Texas law, and any dispute goes to the courts of Harris County, Texas.
